Friday September 4th through Monday September 7th 

Family Camp at Camp Bethel is back! You're invited to join us Labor Day Weekend for the perfect ending to your summer and the chance to make lasting memories with your family.

​

The entire camp and many of our activities are open for you and your family to enjoy.  During the day, see if you can keep up with your child on the hiking trails, take them for a ride in a canoe, enjoy outdoor sports or simply relax by the lake as your children play.

There are optional activities throughout the weekend for you and your family to enjoy.  You're free to dive in or take time to rest as a family!

 

And don't forget the most important part.... we will do all the cooking!  We all know how stressful it can be on vacation to figure out what that next meal will be. Our goal is that your family mealtime is something both mom and dad get to enjoy fully without all the prep work. Just show up and grab a plate!

​We do request everyone attend the Sunday morning worship service.

Housing

Each family is assigned to a cabin, RV site, or tent site. 
Assignments are based on special needs and then on the order in which we receive registrations and deposits.  If possible, we will honor requests to be assigned a cabin with another family.

Cabins

Many of our cabins are hand hewn log structures. Some have bathrooms within them and all others are within a short walking distance of modern shower houses.

RV Sites

We have seven RV/Camper sites with full hook-ups, reserved in advance on a first-come basis.

Tents

Bring your own tent and we'll find you a nice spot near shower/bath facilities for some really fun camping.

What to Bring

  • Bibles, pens, paper, etc.​

  • Pillows, other linens and/or sleeping bags

  • Towels and washcloths

  • Toiletries

  • Clothes you don’t mind getting dirty

  • Tennis Shoes

  • Bathing Suits (ladies one-piece only please)

  • Beach attire and accessories, a beach chair for family worship and relaxing!

Friday Night 

6p – 9p   Registration at The Outpost next to the Flag Pole  

  • 6–9  The Outpost Coffeeshop & Store open  

(Pizza and Drinks available on the deck) 

  • 6–8  Games in the field/rec room (across from camp store) 

  • 9  Ladies encouragement (Ages 12+) in The Outpost 

  • 8:45 Dads and kids in gym for games and snacks 
     

 

Saturday Morning 

8:30a         Breakfast in the Dining Hall (eggs & bacon, bagels, fruit, oatmeal) 

  • Welcome/breakfast 

9:15a – 9:35a Welcome to Camp / Morning devo in the Dining Hall 

10a – 12:30a  Optional activities (nuk’em in gym, hiking, rec room, etc)  

9a – 2p       The Outpost Coffeeshop & Store open 

 

Saturday Afternoon 

12:30p   Lunch in the dining hall (pretzel sandwiches, salad bar) 

2p – 5p  Lake activities                

  • 2 - 5      Swimming/new slide/gaga/zip-lines, etc. 

  • 3 - 4     Water and snow cones at the Caboose

Saturday Evening 

6:00p         Dinner in dining hall (taco night) 

6:30p         Kids dismissed to gym with camp staff 

6:30p – 8:00p “Balloons and Brian” Date night for Adults in the Dining Hall 

8p – 10p      Lakeside Fellowship and Competition (bring chairs) 

  • Pickleball and Cornhole 

 

Sunday Morning 

8:15a  Breakfast in dining hall (biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs) 

9:30a  Family Worship Service at the lake (bring your chair) 

10:30a Free time 
 

 

Sunday Afternoon 

12:30p  Lunch in the dining hall (burger bowls, salad bar) 

2p – 5p  Lake activities  

  • 3 - 4 Water and snow cones at the Caboose 

  • 2 - 5  Swimming/new slide/gaga/zip-lines, etc. 

  • TBD The Great Family Race 

 

 

Sunday Evening 

6p Dinner in dining hall (Italian night, salad bar) 

7:30p  Lakeside Fellowship and Fun (bring chairs) 

  • Fire pit 

  • Shooting Range (Pellet Guns) 

9p - Dining Hall Board Games and Hang Time 

 
 

Monday Morning 

8:30a Breakfast in dining hall (French Toast Sticks, Eggs, Bacon, etc) 
 

9:15a Family Devos around camp… grab family devo at dining hall 

9 – 1p The Outpost Coffeeshop & Store open 

 

10a Pack up/clean cabins 

 

On Exit -Donation Envelopes to The Outpost or Office drop boxes  

Registration Fees & Pricing

Our Labor Day Family Camp is funded by your donations!  As we continue with Camp Bethel's "reboot," your generous support is critical to future ministry.  Thank you for praying about how you might support the ministry.  A general donation suggestion for such a weekend is about $135 per person.
To reserve your space, a $100.00 non-refundable deposit per family is required.
